    This is your chance to use your practical expertise to help create safe, comfortable spaces where families can rebuild their lives. We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Support professional who takes pride in high standards and cares about supporting people in their community.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Carrying out general repairs such as decorating and minor plumbing and electrical problems within Field Lane's, projects.
    • Ensuring that the gardens of all projects are kept free of rubbish and tidy, to include grass cutting, sweeping and general gardening duties.
    • Liaising with contractors, obtaining quotes and overseeing work that is being carried out.
    • Assisting with heavy cleaning within projects (i.e. carpet shampooing, moving furniture)
    • Reporting all health, safety and maintenance issue and proposed works.
    • Co-operating with staff teams in planning use of project areas during progress of any works.
    What We’re Looking For
    A relevant trade qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
    Practical skills across several trades (plumbing, electrics, decorating).
    Good knowledge of health and safety and housing compliance.
    Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.
    Full driving licence (desirable).
